Well here is the finished article! Really pleased with the results. Just rubber painting the drain around the shower tray as there are some cracks, to hold it together.

The sink ‘pedastal’ is a bit of the plastic sheeting.

Kept the old bathroom cabinet, just sprayed it with white acrylic paint. The roof and the wall behind the toilet is one continuous sheet to minimise joints. Have also sheeted the inside of the door, weather sealed the gaps around the door and then added a rain drip guard to the bottom of the door.

Second hand LED light off ebay, maintains the bright ‘clinical’ feel. Glass corner shelf from B&Q about the same size of the sink.

Last pic shows blown air vent added to the bathroom.
